The fact of cargo insurance depends on the choice of service and is already included in the cost of delivery. If your cargo is insured, then in order for us to qualitatively resolve your issue on a claim, we will need the Act of damage or inconsistency of goods. When receiving a parcel from a courier or at a CDEK office, you must open the parcel and make sure that all your goods have arrived and they are in proper condition. Pay attention to the packaging! If any product is missing, then: * With the help of a CDEK employee, you need to draw up an act on the damage or non-compliance of the parcel / product. * Write to us - indicate the parcel number, describe the current situation (what exactly is missing) and attach the Act and photos. We will review your claim and make an appropriate decision. If you receive goods you haven't ordered, you will need to take detailed photos of all goods, stickers or invoices on packages / boxes and send them along with the parcel number under which this product came and send the collected information to us.
